I recently purchased a home with 2 acres and I didn’t have a mower for it so I bought the sellers 800 hour Husqvarna. On first use it broke. I stopped in on a whim to Mobile mower and spoke with Kim about my issue and she was very kind but then she asked her husband(I believe they own the shop together but didn’t get his name) to come talk to me about my issue.
Not only did he take the time to explain what was the likely issue but also what it would take to repair and what it would cost. He gave me both best case scenario and worst case scenario. Not only did they repair my mower, quickly and under the price they had initially quoted me but it came in under the quote with pick up and delivery.
I cannot recommended this group of individuals enough. Thank you so much for being transparent and kind with a homeowner who was a bit stressed about having to spend a bunch of extra money.
